This notice describes the current Pichardo Rudd website. Any future project involving business data needs its own agreed requirements and terms.
Inquiries you choose to send
The inquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. Its fields aren’t submitted to a website form endpoint or saved by the form. You choose whether to send the draft through your email application.
If you email info@pichardorudd.com, your message and the contact information you include are received through email and may be used to respond and discuss your requirements. Your email provider also processes that message under its policies.
AI chat messages
When you send a chat message, the website sends it and a bounded portion of the conversation to OpenRouter and a selected model provider to generate a reply. The assistant is AI, not a human employee.
The application does not intentionally save chat transcripts in a server database or log message bodies. The conversation remains in page memory while the shared assistant is open across site navigation; refreshing the page or starting a new conversation clears that local conversation.
OpenRouter and model providers have their own data practices and retention policies. We do not promise zero retention or that messages never leave your device. Review OpenRouter’s privacy policy and its provider information. Don’t submit credentials, payment details, private records, or confidential business information through chat.
Operational information
The server uses a client IP address for temporary request limits. Hosting, network, and model services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, including request timing, connection details, and errors. The application’s chat error logs use status and rule identifiers rather than message bodies.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current website implementation does not include advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or an analytics tracker. Chat state uses page memory rather than browser storage. External websites you choose to visit have their own practices.

Email info@pichardorudd.com with questions about this notice or requests concerning correspondence you have sent. Don’t include sensitive information in the initial request. The team may need information to identify the relevant correspondence.

If the site’s features or data practices change, this notice should be updated to reflect them. The date above identifies this version.
