HOW WE WORK

Understand the business before building the system.

We assess a specific business process, define a useful system, and build it around your team’s requirements.

01

Understand the operation

Start with a specific process: who does the work, where information lives, and what improvement would matter.

A shared understanding of the business problem.
  • Current process and software
  • Repeated work and exceptions
  • Desired business improvement
02

Define what to build

Assess feasibility and agree on the requirements, scope, access, and responsibilities before implementation.

A proposed system with clear boundaries.
  • Integration and information access
  • Approval and escalation rules
  • Scope, cost, and project terms
03

Build and test

Implement the agreed workflow and test it against realistic tasks, including cases where the system should hand work to staff.

A system evaluated against agreed requirements.
  • Representative scenarios
  • Human review points
  • Exceptions and error handling
04

Refine with your team

Use feedback to refine the workflow and confirm how it should be operated. Ongoing responsibilities are part of the project agreement.

An agreed approach to operating the system.
  • Team feedback and handover
  • Responsibilities and access
  • Any agreed ongoing work

SCOPE & PRICING

There isn’t one price for every business.

Cost depends on the process, integrations, information sources, and capabilities required. We discuss price and timing once we understand the requirements.

Existing subscriptions and provider costs may still apply. Ownership, hosting, support, and ongoing responsibilities need to be agreed for your project.

BEFORE WE TALK

A useful first conversation starts here.

The process

What happens today, and where does work repeat or stall?

The tools

Which systems hold the information or perform the next action?

The outcome

What change would justify the effort and cost of a build?
